This website presents services and lets you send an inquiry. Browsing, selecting a package or sending an inquiry does not book a service or create a paid subscription.

Supplier and service agreements

Before paid work begins, a written proposal or agreement must identify the legal supplier, contact details, agreed scope, deliverables, timing, approvals, total charges, applicable taxes, payment stages, cancellation terms and any third-party costs. You must have an opportunity to review and accept those terms. These website terms do not replace an existing signed agreement or create consent merely because you browsed a page.

Prices and scope

Displayed prices are in Canadian dollars. “From” prices describe the stated starting scope; additional scope must be discussed and agreed in advance. Mandatory fixed non-tax charges must be included in the total price quoted before acceptance. Applicable government-imposed taxes are identified separately. Optional production, travel, media spend, hosting or third-party services must be separately explained and authorized before charging for them.

Project payments and refunds

For project work, 50% of the agreed project price is payable before work begins. The remaining 50% is due on completion.

Payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

The written proposal must define the project scope and completion point before you accept. Monthly service plans have their own billing and cancellation terms, supplied in writing before acceptance. See cancellation and refunds for details.

Examples and performance

Design concepts, fictional case scenarios and reporting plans are labelled illustrations. They are not customer reviews, past client results or promises of future performance. No particular number of views, search position, sales result or AI citation is guaranteed.

Copyright and permitted use

You may view and share links to public pages. Website text, designs, software, fonts and images have their respective owners and licences. Licensed stock images do not show an endorsement or establish that a pictured person or business is a client. Permission to browse does not transfer rights to reuse assets outside their applicable licence. Project ownership and any asset-use rights must be stated in the written agreement.

Responsible use and external services

Do not use the site to impersonate someone, submit material you are not entitled to share, disrupt its operation, or attempt unauthorized access. Linked services are operated independently and have their own terms. Report an error or rights concern to info@divinemediaproduction.com.

Rights and updates

Applicable Ontario and Canadian law governs as relevant to the transaction. Nothing on this website excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updates to website information do not retroactively change an existing service agreement. See cancellation and refunds before agreeing to paid work.
