02 / STAY IN THE CONVERSATION

Show up with
something to say.

A professional social presence should feel coherent even when your schedule is anything but. We connect your content plan, captions and publishing so your business shows up with purpose.

Consistency is easier when there is a plan.

Thoughtful planning. Clear deliverables.
A connected next step.

01

Give every post a job

Your calendar balances education, personality and offers. We plan around your business priorities and agree on what needs approval, who supplies information, and how quickly the content can move from draft to scheduled.

02

Keep the details connected

Profile copy, story highlights, captions and your website link should tell the same story. Launch and Grow include a profile optimization checklist. Scale adds done-for-you optimization and a content calendar.

03

Measure useful signals

Monthly reports look at views, reach and engagement, with a discussion of what they mean for your business. Where tracking is available, we connect content activity with website visits and inquiries instead of treating follower count as the only outcome.

Clear scope.
Better momentum.

Before
we begin.

Which package is right for a small practice?

Launch is the entry point at CA$1,750 per month. Grow offers a higher content frequency at CA$2,920. We recommend a tier based on your goals, available footage and internal approval capacity.

Do you answer comments and messages?

Comment and DM engagement is included in Scale. For regulated or sensitive inquiries, we agree on response boundaries and when to hand the conversation to your own team.

Are the packages month-to-month?

Yes. The supplied package structure is month-to-month. The proposal confirms start dates, deliverables and the working arrangements before you begin.

Views are one signal.
Context makes them useful.

ORGANIC CONTENT

What we would measure

Reporting scope agreed before launch
Content distributionViewsPlatform-reported activity, with organic and paid views separated.
Useful engagementSavesSaves, shares and questions considered in their context.
Profile activityVisitsVisits to the business profile and relevant service information.
Inquiry pathClicksWebsite and contact actions reviewed separately from confirmed inquiries.

This is a proposed reporting framework. No client metrics, campaign results, audience shares or performance benchmarks are displayed. Actual reporting depends on agreed definitions, available tracking and access approved by the business. Views and clicks are not evidence of bookings or sales.

For Toronto and Mississauga businesses, we would review the local relevance of the audience, the content people respond to, and the path from a post to an inquiry. The reporting inputs would be agreed for the project. No client performance data is shown.
